ENTITLEMENT
1. Accompanying persons are automatically entitled to attend the following
activities by presenting their name badges :
Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Complimentary Tours

Specific invitations are required for access to all other events of functions
in the Official ATF 2008 Programme.
3. All accompanying persons and registered
delegates arriving during the ATF 2008 duration will
be give complimentary airport transfers (if staying at the official hotels).
The exact transfers schedule will be given to each delegate
nearly to the event date.
4. Daily shuttle services for all accompanying
persons and all registered delegates will be provided
to all functions and activities included in the ATF 2008 Official Programme.

2. Fee is to be paid in either Thai Baht
or US Dollar.
3. Payment must be in full, exclusive of any
bank fee or charge involved which shall be for
the account of delegates.
4. Bank draft, telegraphic transfer,
international money or cashier’order/cheque payable in US$
issued by and/or drawn or approved bank in Thailand only, must be made payable
