APPLICATION AS BUYERS

1.  The Travel Exchange (TRAVEX) will be held in Thailand from 21-26 JANUARY 2008
     as part of the official programme of the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2008 to be
     held from 18-26 JANUARY 2008.

2.  ATF 2008 is open to all suppliers of ASEAN tourism products and services as well as
     buyes from around the world and such other tourism-related establishments promoting
     tourist traffic to, among, and within the ASEAN region.

3.  ATF Buyers include travel wholesalers, retailers, agents, convention and incentive organizers,
     and other establishments dealing in outbound.

4.  Those who wish to participate in TRAVEX as Buyers must:

• Complete the Buyer Registration Form
• Complete the Buyer Questionnaire
• Submitted the forms with required payment postmarked no later than 31 OCTOBER 2007
  for inclusion in the appointment scheduling process.

6.  TRAVEX Buyer Registration Fee is US$ 300/11,100 Baht.
     Fee can be paid in either Thai Baht or US Dollar.

7.   Payment must be in full, exclusive of any bank fee or charge involved which
      shall be for the account of delegates.

8.  Bank draft, telegraphic transfer, international money or cashierûorder /cheque payable in
     US$ issued by and/or drawn or approved bank in Thailand only, must be made payable to
           Tourism Authority of Thailand

:CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND REFUND

1.  ATF 2008 TRAVEX Secretariat must be notified in writing by fax, e-mail
     or letter of any cancellation or delegate substitution.
2.  Cancellation postmarked on or before 31 OCTOBER 2007 shall be granted
     a refund less US$ 90/3,300 BAHT administrative fee.
3.  No refund shall be made for cancellation postmarked after 31 October 2007.
4.  An administrative fee of US$ 60/2200 BAHT will be levied for every
     substitution made for a Buyer registration.
5.  Lost badges will be replaced upon payment of an administrative
     fee of US$ 15/500 BAHT.
6. ATF 2008 Secretariat shall not be liable, whether individually or collectively ,
    for any losses suffered by the participants in the event that TRAVEX is cancelled, postponed,
    shortened or extended due to any cause beyond its or their
    control. In such event, monies paid by participants shall not be returned.

The following definitions of POSTMARKED deadline date will apply:

• Stamped postage date issued by the registrantûs national post office.
• Date of release by the registrantûs contracted courier service.
• Date of remittance by the registrantûs banking service.
• Date and time posted in the website for on-line registration.

 ENTITLEMENT

1.  Only duly registered TRAVEX Buyers and Sellers are allowed to participate in TRAVEX.

2.  Hosted Buyer, after the approval from the Buyer Selection Committee,
     complimentary round trip air ticket and accommodation will be provided
     which details and conditions of them will be advised later.

3.  Complimentary transfers will be provided for all Buyers staying at the official hotels.

4.  Special accommodation rate at the official hotels will be provided for Non-Hosted Buyers.
