APPLICATION AS NON-TRAVEX DELEGATE

1.  The ASEAN Tourism Forum 2008 will be held in Thailand from 21-26 January 2008.

2.  ATF 2008 is open to all suppliers of ASEAN tourism products and services
     as well as buyers from around the world and such other tourism-related establishments
     producing tourist traffic to, among, and within the ASEAN region.

3.  A non-ASEAN NTO or government of a non ASEAN member country must secure
     a recommendation for participation from any ASEAN NTO for acceptance by
     the ATF 2008 Organizing Committee.

4.  A non ASEAN participant from the private sector must secure a recommendation from any
     ASEANTA Board Member from the same industry sector for acceptance by
     the ATF 2008 Organizing Committee.

5.  Each qualified organization is allowed to register any number of Non-TRAVEX delegate to ATF 2008.

6.  Submit the Registration Form to:

7.  Fee is to be paid in either Thai Baht or US Dollar.

8.  Payment must be in full, exclusive of any bank fee or charge
     involved which shall be for the account of delegates.

9.  Bank draft, telegraphic transfer, international money or cashier'order /cheque payable in US$ issued by
     and/or drawn or approved bank in Thailand only, must be made payable to:

CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND REFUND

1.  ATF 2008 TRAVEX Secretariat must be notified in writing by fax, e-mail or letter
    of any cancellation or delegate substitution.

2.  Cancellation postmarked on or before 31 November 2007 shall be granted
     a refund less US$ 90/3300 Baht administrative fee.

3.  No refunds shall be made for cancellation postmarked after 31November 2007.

4.  An administrative fee of US$ 60/2200 Baht will be levied for every
     substitution of an organization's delegate.

5.  Lost badges will be replaced upon payment of an administrative fee of US$ 15/500 Baht.

6.  ATF 2008 Secretariat shall not be liable, whether individually or collectively ,
     for any losses suffered by the participants in the event that TRAVEX is cancelled,
     postponed, shortened or extended due to any cause beyond its or their control.
     In such event, money paid by participants shall not be returned.

ENTITLEMENT

1.  Non-TRAVEX delegates are not allowed access to the TRAVEX area.

2.  Non-TRAVEX delegates are automatically entitled to attend all activities scheduled in
     the official ATF 2008 programme, on the presentation of name badges, with the exception of :
           1. Heads of NTOs Meeting
           2 . AAA/AHRA/FATA/ASEANTA Board of Directors Meeting
           3. NTOs-hosted luncheons for which specific invitations will be issued for access.
